Tennessee Early Intervention System

TEIS is a statewide program providing services to families with children, from birth to two years of age, with disabilities or developmental delays. The goal of the program is to support families in promoting the children's development and to help with the child's participation in family and community activities. There are nine regional offices that implement and monitor the program. The website states the principles of the program.
